Liquid nitrogen, Mixed all 8 vials in a cone on 6/17/08, which had a low # of spores. Transplanted to a deepot, Reseeded one time for a moderate # of spores. Linked to cultotype. Several spores with germ shields; one with a germ tube (according to NCS). Low number of spores produced when subcultured from dried inoculum.
