Facilities

Facilities for INVAM at KU are located on The University of Kansas west campus. Facilities are shared with the Bever/Schultz lab, and include: Greenhouse and growth facilities; Laboratories for preparation, harvest, extraction of cultures, root staining and slide mounting; Microscopes and Imaging facilities for assessment and quantification of cultures, digitized images; Facilities for culture storage including cold and room temperature  areas; and Molecular Laboratory for DNA extraction and amplification, environmental sequencing.
