Photographs of reference isolates of each species, together with photos of type specimens, are organized in ringed binders with published descriptions for rapid access by staff or visitors.

Digital Photographs (intact and broken spores)

Since 1998, a majority of photographic vouchers were saved in digital format which is no longer accessible. We are in the process of recreating a digital database of images at INVAM. However, the species description sections of this site encompass most of the images in the previous digital collection.
