Glomus clavisporum

Voucher Specimens

Sclerocystis clavispora

This species originally was classified as a member of Sclerocystis, and then was transferred to Glomus by Almeida and Schenck (1989). Within Glomus, spores form singly as well as in a continuum of increasingly complex sporocarps (aggregates, spores around a central plexus, spores with a central plexus and stipe). Glomus clavispora is positioned within this continuum.
